The Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan is driven by a clear vision and mission to create meaningful, lasting change for communities across our state.
To provide non-partisan, educational research, public policy development, and analysis of various issues of social and economic importance of Michigan's historically underserved and vulnerable populations and to implement associated programs and services which enhance the quality of life for all children and families.
We envision a Michigan where historically underserved and vulnerable populations are empowered with knowledge, resources, and opportunity so every child and family can thrive and shape a stronger future for their communities.
The Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan (BCFM) is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to research-driven public policy, leadership development, and community initiatives that improve quality of life for underserved and vulnerable populations across Michigan.
