The Drug Free Youth In Detroit Coalition is a Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan Initiative dedicated to engaging the Cody Rouge Community to reduce underage alcohol, tobacco, and drug use. Operations and Training Executive

Professor Nicole T. Stallworth

Professor Nicole T. Stallworth is the Operations and Training Executive for the Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan (BCFM), a Non-Profit organization dedicated to improving life quality for minorities and African Americans through public policy research and development, advocacy and delivering direct services. Professor Stallworth has served as the Foundation’s Executive Director from 2015 – 2018 and the Dean of Administration from 2011 – 2015 for the Foundation’s Institute for Leadership Development & Career Advancement.

She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Central Michigan University. She has experience managing and directing human service programs serving Detroit children and families, including directing educational programs for the Foundation’s Institute for Leadership Development and Career Advancement programs that were created in 2010.

Under her leadership, BCFM has grown its partnerships to expand the school-based substance abuse Education Prevention Program to provide access to mental services for youth along with their families. Professor Stallworth has collaborated with the Michigan Construction Design Coalition for ten years to plan the Annual Construction Science Expo to expose middle and high school students in the Foundation’s Navigation To Success Program to careers in engineering and skilled trades. Through this partnership over 5,000 youth from the City of Detroit have benefited from this effort. The Black Caucus Foundation of Michigan was awarded the Michigan Prevention Association Prevention Organization of the Year Award in November 2017 under Professor Stallworth leadership.

Professor Nicole T. Stallworth is the Co-Founder of Healthy Empowered Women H.E.W., which is an online community that promotes healthy weight for women, improves women health and provides resources for women. Professor Stallworth is also the President of Utility Services of America, which is a minority utility line consulting firm. She has taught Science and Mathematics for the Science Engineering Mathematics Academy (SEMA), a program at Wayne State University for K-12 students that exposes them to careers in Space Aeronautics.

Professor Stallworth was the Chief of Staff for State Representative Alma G. Stallworth and John Espinoza. State Representative Alma G. Stallworth, represented Northwest Detroit and State Representative John Espinoza represented parts of St. Clair County and Sanilac County in its entirety. She supervised staff and was very influential with assisting both Representatives with accomplishing Major Legislative goals in public policy areas: Broadening Community Support for Schools, Protecting Seniors and Children, Supporting the Agriculture Industry, Protecting Our Soldiers and their Families, Addressing the Housing Crisis, and Protecting Our Natural Resources from Invasive Species.

Professor Stallworth was Chair of Finance Committee, Secretary, Teen Advisor of Top Ladies of Distinction. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Professor Stallworth and her husband Dr. KB Stallworth have four children that they are raising to be dedicated community volunteers and activists.
